Barbara Watson, GRI, CRS, ABR, e-Pro : Owner / Broker
Barbara began selling real estate in 1992 and obtained her broker`s license in 1999. After a number of successful years as a salesperson she opened her own real estate office with two partners. She decided to branch out on her own and started Deerland Properties, LLC in 2006.
Barbara has been very active in the real estate community. She has served on numerous committees of the Albany Board of Realtors and served as their President in 2002. She is currently in her third term as a Regional Director for the Georgia Association of Realtors. In 2004, Barbara was a nominee for Georgia Realtor of the Year and was the 2005 Realtor of the Year of the Albany Board of Realtors. Barbara is an active lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club of the Albany Board of Realtors.

Bruce Watson : Sales Associate
Bruce was raised on a ranch and spent 21 years with Air Products working his way from sales representative to national credit and collections manager. After a brief time as a Director of Financial Operations for NuCO2 he worked as a financial advisor for several years. He became licensed real estate salesperson in 2005 and joined Deerland Properties in 2007. Bruce is a licensed securities representative,insurance representative, a high school football referee and works with the Southeastern Conference as a clock operator at Auburn University.
